Short, because we keep little.
Your network runs on hardware you own or choose. The traffic, messages, files and accounts on it are yours. We don't collect, sell or analyse them, and we don't send them to any AI or analytics service. Messages, calls and files between devices are encrypted end to end.
To set up and look after your server we need administrative access to it, given by you. We use it only for the work you ask for, we don't look into your data, and you can revoke it at any time. Without our care plan, we have no access at all.
What you tell us to get in touch and to invoice you: a name, a way to reach you, and what we agreed. We use it only to talk to you and to do the work, keep it while we work together and as long as accounting law requires, and delete it on request where the law allows.
If you use our server only to coordinate, it sees which of your devices are online and the addresses they connect from — nothing of what they send. It keeps no history of it.
